EMERITUS MCC is a Military Club based in the Cumbria area.
The Club was sanctioned on 12th March 2015 and is open to Veterans or serving members of HM Forces.
We ride, rally and party together wearing our Club patch with pride.
If you are interested in seeing what we are about get in touch (see CONTACT) and we will arrange a meet up. We want to be sure that you have the the same mindset and the right attitude to roll with us (and you would need to be sure that we are the right Club for you).
You can't become a member by buying our patches and we don't give them out lightly. The joining process can take more than a year, but in that time we will get to know you fully (and you us) before offering full membership.
To be eligible for membership you must be serving or have served in HM Forces full time or reservist (man or woman). You must own a full motorcycle license and own and ride a motorcycle of 500cc or more. Your conduct on discharge should be good or above. Proof of service will be required.

We do not recruit from those who are serving or have served in the Police (Military or civilian), Prison Service or Customs Service. This is not due to any 'hidden' agenda but down to the political situation in the biking community and a wish to survive as a Club in Cumbria. Also people with the aforementioned backgrounds tend to be better catered for with one of the many LE Clubs.
We attend many rallies in Cumbria. If you are interested in what you have read here, and you see us around then come and have a chat and a beer.
